To be successful, you must have good physical condition, endurance, initiative and solid problem solving skills. Responsibilities
- Performs the installation of electrical materials such as conduit, Junction boxes, wire, etc.
- Performs the installation of wood poles, metal poles and concrete foundations
- Operates equipment such as excavators, backhoes, trenchers, bucket trucks, digger derrick trucks, etc.
- Knows functions and capabilities of authorized equipment inspects equipment for damage and wear
- Responsible for safe operation of equipment at all times
- Operates small power tools and hand tools
- Installs all materials on project with assistance of laborers
- Familiarity of project specifications and train laborers in those specs
- IMSA Signal Tech 2 Certification preferred (not required)
- Assist in management of crew
- Complete daily assigned tasks
Must Have
- Have valid NC Drivers License
- Available to work flexible hours
- Available to travel within 4 hours from office
